FORBES - In the case of Woody Allen, a New York State Supreme Court judge awarded custody of all the children of Ms. Farrow and Mr. Allen to Ms. Farrow notwithstanding that the investigation against him was deemed “Unfounded.” The outcome in Ms. Farrow’s case is unusual.
